Trojan Worm

Hello Everyone! Thanks for the site. I am going to try it out.

Is anyone else experiencing the Trojan Vundo worm? We cant get rid of it using Symantec, it finds it but doesnt clean it or delete it. We ran MalwareBytes and that appears to get rid of it temporarily however since that program is not active it does not stop it when it comes back. Any ideas of ports to block or action to be taken? I would love some help! Its hard enough to get the year started without a virus. Now this has made it just about impossible.
